Zigbee/IEEE 802.15.4 Module

ZEM series is a low cost, small form factor module that provide a reliable, wireless data communication over Zigbee PRO/802.15.4 networks. Two series of modules ZEM1xx and ZEM2xx, are available in star network and mesh network.

The first series, ZEM1, is compliant with 802.15.4 MAC protocol and provide point to point and point to multipoint star network topologies.

The second series, ZEM2, is compliant with Zigbee Pro protocol and performs self-organizing and self-healing mesh networks. It offers network scalability and is ideal for the rapidly growing energy management systems, building automation, lighting control, automated meter reading and security system.

The ZEM series provides plenty of peripheral such as GPIO, ADC, clock, counter, and PWM for control and sensor network application. ZEM series can also be configured as a MODBUS RTU/ASCII slave, so it is easy for a SCADA system or PLC to access and control ZEM series’ peripheral.

Support MODBUS RTU/ASCII slave to access GPIO, ADC, timer and counter.
