20 Point Expansion Module Series
 
Function & Features:
S20 point expansion module can be
connected with the PLC and one MiniSuperPLC PLC can be
connected with three expansion modules one time maximum 12 Point
PLC can be expanded to 72 I/O(44 point input and 28 point
.output) and 22 point PLC can be expanded to 82I/O (50 point
input and 32 point output).
Having large capacity input & output, the system function is
superior and it makes your control more
convenient.

Address Setup:
Expansion modules can be connected with the PLC to expand the
input & output points and the maximum
number of expansion modules can be five. When the expansion modules
are used, the address of each module must be allotted. The rated
address range is 1~5. Only after the correct address being set, the
control can be realized. The address set is as the following diagram
and EXT1~EXT5 is for expansion module 1~5.

Explanation:
1. The AC type PLC must be connected with AC type expansion
module and the input voltage is AC 110V~240V. The DC type PLC
must be connected with DC type expansion module and the input
voltage is DC 12V~24V.
2. Each one PLC can be connected with five expansion modules of
the same type.
3. The expansion modules being connected together must have
different addresses. And the address cannot beyond the rated range:
(Ext. 1~Ext. 5).
4. The address set must be finished before powering on. The
modification of the address value after powering on is ineffective.
5. When wiring the expansion module and setting the address, when
programming, the relative expansion module, voice module or remote
module must be chosen, otherwise they cannot be programmed. It is as
in the following diagram.

Notes:
AC type PLC must be connected with AC type voice module and AC
type expansion module and AC type remote module and all the input
voltage is AC 110V~240V.
DC type PLC must be connected with DC type voice module, DC type
expansion module and DC type remote module and all the input voltage
is DC 12V~24V.
