MiniSuperPLCs RF
Modules
Functions & Features:
The remote control module can be divided into SRCA AC type and SRCD
DC type, which can perform the wireless control over
MiniSuperPLC remotely and the control
over the voice module and input/output. This function can be used in
some special fields, such as, some poisonous and harmful fields
where MiniSuperPLC cannot be control
directly. Thus the MiniSuperPLC can be
wirelessly controlled in the working room directly.
Remote input is to perform the control over the state of the input
via the remoter, and actually the input points are expanded to
perfom the wireless control over the voice module and the input.
There are totally six input points and they are Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Y5,
Y6. The remote receiving module can control the state of the MiniSuperPLC remote input points via the remoter within 70 meters.
The remote receiving module can be equipped with lengthened antenna
(SEANT), which makes the signals received and transmitted even in
some shielded fields.
The MiniSuperPLC wireless control makes
your intelligent space unlimited. And your control will be freer and
more convenient.

Installation and Wiring:

1. Connection interface with PLC
(to connect PLC, voice module)
2. Connection interface with PC communication and lower PLC
3. Remote receiving antenna
4. Power input of the remote module (AC or DC) (AC110V~220V) (DC 12V~24V)
5. Power indicator
6. STC remote transmitter
Usage of STC:
1. Strictly pair the transmitter and the receiving module. No mixed
usage. The transmitter even cannot work with the receiving module of
the same frequency cause they have different address code. They need
to code with each other before outgoing.
2. The transmitter uses two units of “AA” battery.
3. When powering on or off, the START key on STC must be pressed
before operation. After pressing START key, the indicators of Y1~Y6
will be green. At this time the transmitter send out the signal. If
the indicators are red, this means the signals cannot be sent out
and the remote receiving module cannot be controlled. Press STOP key,
the transmitter stop sending. All the keys will be red only if the
START key is pressed again.
Installation & Wiring:
Top hat rail DIN TS 35 or screw fixing 2 x M3 (diameter of pitch
circle 4,0mm)

Wiring with the PLC:

Wiring between the remote module and
PLC, voice module:

Notes:
1. Power: AC type: AC 110V~240V, DC type: DC 12V~24V
2. The voice module can be connected with remote module to wireless
control the voice module. Also the expansion module can be used in
this system.
3. AC type PLCs must be connected with the voice module,
expansion module and remote module of the AC type. And DC type
PLCs must be connected with the voice module, expansion module
and remote module of the DC type.
4. The remote module must be chosen in the system and programmed
thus the operation on the remote module can be done.
