The SCMD130 Programmable I/O and Counter Board offers 24 programmable I/O lines from a 82C55 configured as three 8-Bit ports that can be configured as inputs or outputs. The TTL lines from the 82C55 can also directly control our relay boards RIB100 or RIB101.

The 3 16-bit down counters come from the on-board 82C54. The inputs to the counters can be jumpered from the on-board 10 MHz oscillator or from an external source at the 37-pin edge connector.

A buffered interrupt level jumper block selection is also provided.
