SCM International, Inc. sells their
products exclusively through the mail to local and international clients.
All prices are listed in American currency, FOB the USA. All purchase orders
are processed as soon as the payment is received (Products + shipping).
All
shipments within the United States are delivered by FedEx Ground or Express
accordingly.
International orders are delivered by Federal Express or through USPS by way
of either registered mail or Express Mail International (low cost) service.
HOW TO ORDER?

Complete SCMStore.com User and Customer Registration form.
Our company processes all orders and handles all inquiries by e-mail.
2. Send
quotation request, including part numbers and quantities.
3. SCMStore will provide a quotation, including pricing, delivery, and shipping costs
along with a quotation request reference number. All inquiries will be processed within 8
hours of receipt.
4. Upon acceptance of quotation, return to the SCM website to make a payment by credit
card. For Money Transfer contact your local Bank. We will send our complete bank
information.
How to pay with credit card?
PayPal is the authorized payment processor for SCM International, Inc. Paypal is a high
quality service for secure transactions. Once you have registered your credit card to
paypal, you will not need enter your credit card information anymore in the internet!

SALES CONDITIONS
All SCM International sales are direct to customers or to systems
integrators. Customers of SCM International must understand and agree to these
conditions of sale: Accept and understand that all products are for their final use, not
for reverse engineering or development, and/or to offer a product or service that competes
with the product or service sold by SCM International to the customer.
WARRANTY
We guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship
and material for 90 days after sale. We will replace or repair, at our option, providing
there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS
It is the responsibility of the customer (not SCM International)
to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession
and use of any item in our catalog. Consult your attorney regarding local, state and
federal laws before ordering. By placing an order, the customer represents that he/she is
of legal age, that the products will be used only in a lawful manner, and that they
understand the conditions of sales and use as described by SCMStore.com
RETURN POLICY
All products are considered a special order and CAN NOT be
cancelled. Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once by the
customer, and no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless
defective. Any return must be authorized using the correct form and
receiving SCM International authorization and under no circumstances will returns be
accepted unless so authorized. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained
from SCM International, Inc. Return the product to the address we specify in the
authorization via mail, prepaid and insured, for your protection.
